Hank's first day at home

On Saturday morning, we had to take Hank to the doctor because his bilirubin level was high when we left the hospital on Friday. We found out at the doctor that Hank was going to have to spend some time on a bilirubin lamp to get his level down. We were glad that Nana got to come meet Hank that day before the nurse came with the lamp. He immediately loved Nana, of course.

Chase and Hank with Nana...

Chase showing off his baby brother...

We were glad that Aunt Gina also got to come with Nana...

We were also glad that Uncle Wes made it home to meet Hank before he went on the lamp. This picture was actually taken while the nurse was getting the lamp ready for Hank. Chase loves his Uncle Wes and I know Hank will too!

Sweet little Hank on the lamp. We were so sad because we could only take him off to feed him and change him. But, we were blessed that we got to be at home the whole time and didn't have to go to the hospital. He was so sweet the whole time, and Chase checked on his baby very frequently.

Daddy feeding Hank. It would take about 30 minutes for Hank to eat a half an ounce. He was a trooper, though, and so sweet.

Drew has taught Chase to take off his own clothes before he gets in the bath at night. He is so proud of himself and he loves to practice!

I had to put this in here...this is the painting that is above Hank's crib. When Chase was born, we had one done for him that was a little boy with Ruby (we gave the painter pictures of Ruby, so she could make it look like her). The same painter did this painting for Hank of two little boys with Ruby. We were so happy with it!

Chase dressing up in Mama's clothes!

Pops and Mama Zo came by and Mama Zo got to hold Hank when we got him up to feed him...
