Chase had a photo shoot in the outfit that his Grandpeggy gave him to wear during his church dedication. He behaved very well waiting on the session, during the session and afterward while we had to go through a hundred pictures with the girl at the place. All in all he did much better than I did during this whole process. - Drew

Chase's Baby Dedication
Chase was dedicated at Dawson Memorial Baptist Church on September 19, the same day that he turned 5 months old. Our paster, Gary Fenton, did such a great job as he always does. We were glad Chase cooperated so well too! All the family came over to eat lunch afterwards...Chase is so blessed to have such a great extended family and we really appreciated everyone coming to see him get dedicated.
Chase and Alex with Grandpeggy and Grandad....
Chase with the Stanley family...this is the first family picture we have gotten since Chase's arrival!
Chase with his great grandparents....Granny, Grandaddy, and Nana. He is so blessed to have great grandparents and they were so sweet to come.
Chase with his Mama Zo and Pops....
..
This was Chase's cake his Grandpeggy and Grandad got for him...I had to include it because it turned out so pretty!
It was a great day and it is so great to know that Chase has so many people in his life who are dedicated to the Lord and to showing him God's love. We are so thankful for all of the wonderful people God has placed in Chase's life who will influence him for many years to come...from his great grandparents all the way down to his 2-year old cousin, Alex. My mom said the other day that Alex woke up from a nap at their house and said, "I love God"...."Does baby Chase love God too?"
These pictures are of Chase in his Auburn jersey that his Grandpeggy gave him...
He loves Drew and Ruby. Drew said the other day that it is a shame Ruby cannot give him a bottle because he would do anything for her (this was while he was fighting a bottle that I was trying to feed him). He reaches for Ruby now and smiles at her and watches her the whole time she is in the room with him. I think they're going to be big buddies! (especially if he shares his food with her:))

Fun times with Dad and Ruby
Happy 2nd Birthday Alex!
Alex Stanley turned 2 on September 7....I cannot believe how fast these two years have flown by! He had a Sesame Street birthday party in his backyard this past Saturday and it was so much fun! It was Chase's first birthday party to attend, and he had a great time! In this picture, Alex was eating ice cream...one hand was used to hold the spoon and the other hand was used to hold the ice cream in his mouth!
Alex loves playing rough with Uncle Drew....everytime he landed on the couch, he quickly said "Do it again"
My Aunt Kay and Uncle Billy came from Gulf Shores for the party and my cousin Jenn, her husband Karl, and their little boy Jack came from Montgomery. It was so great to see all of them and so sweet of them to come. This is a picture of Aunt Kay and Uncle Billy with Alex and Jack...
This was Chase's first time to swing....he really liked it! We need to get his swing set up in his backyard.
War Eagle!
